03 Tools, systems & implementation

Good ideas need structure, follow-through, and sometimes a small custom tool to turn into real change. I help you:

  • Build small internal tools (Python, SQL, spreadsheets, web forms) that fit how your team actually works
  • Coordinate people and vendors so work keeps moving
  • Support rollout and adoption of new processes, tools, or ways of working

Typical engagement: project-dependent; often 8–16 weeks.

04 Fractional operations support

When you need operations leadership but not a full-time hire, I can step in part-time to stabilize and improve how things run. I help you:

  • Establish lightweight reporting, routines, and cadences
  • Build systems your team can eventually own without ongoing external support
